Although everything seems quiet at Moseley Road Baths, we thought we’d share some of the work that has been taking place!
Demolition of some of the partitions in the men’s 2nd class slipper baths means that this area can become a cafe and small events space when the building reopens. The unsightly more modern showers have also been removed!
As you can see from the photo, this work is being done carefully to avoid damaging the glazed bricks and they’re being retained for future use.
Work has been taking place thanks to the UK government’s Levelling Up Fund.
