Exercise to Music (Women’s only) from 23rd Sept

About this event

Get fit, healthy and moving with this relaxed style that will use music to stimulate gentle exercise and movement.

This fun, exciting and time-efficient workout encourages the body to move to the music with modifications to suit your needs.

When we perform any exercise we release hormones called endorphins. During group exercise this endorphin release is further increased, enhancing the sense of well-being.

Working out regularly with a group can also create a sense of community, help improve moods, and building friendships with those with similar goals.

Session details:

  • limited places – first come, first serve!
  • wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water.


To help us with Covid:

  • Please use the hand sanitiser on entry to the Baths
  • Please wear a mask until you are standing in the session in the Gala Pool ready for the session to start
  • Please keep some distance between yourself and others
  • If you are not feeling well, or think you have a cold, please stay at home
