*Aqua Aerobics

Join experienced instructor John for his popular Aqua-Aerobics class

This refreshing and fun aerobic workout is set to high energy pop music. As you are only bearing 10% of your body weight in water this class is perfect for people prone to injury.

Other benefits of aqua aerobics include;

  • Working out in water helps build strength.
  • Fighting against the push of the water activates your muscles.
  • Water pressure helps put less strain on the heart by moving blood around the body.
  • And it’s fun and social!

Non-swimmers welcome as the class takes place in shallow water.  Aqua Aerobics is a low to medium intensity workout.

No need to book in advance, just turn up…
