Kat joined the Board of Trustees in November 2023. She has worked in corporate governance in the NHS for sixteen years and is excited to contribute her skills and experience to the Board and wider MRB community. Kat is currently Company Secretary at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust and lives locally with her husband and two children. Many members of her family have enjoyed swimming at Moseley Road Baths and she is looking forward to being part of the team that future-proofs the pool for many more generations.
