Volunteers Week 1-7th June!

This week is national Volunteers’ Week, a chance to say thank you to the millions of volunteers all over the UK who are making a fantastic contribution to their communities all over the country!

MRB CIO wouldn’t have been able to take over the running of Moseley Road Baths without the huge amount of time and work put in by volunteers.  The Trustees of the charity are all volunteers and without their determination and enthusiasm this much loved community pool would have closed at the end of July 2017.   We’ve just trained our first group of volunteer lifeguards who will soon begin to cover swimming sessions at Moseley Road Baths and we have a dedicated team of amazing volunteers like Albertha who are already helping on reception and providing a warm and friendly welcome for swimmers!
