Thanks to LoveBrum Voters!

A huge thank you to everyone who voted for us as LoveBrum’s cause of the month in June!  We were one of three projects dedicated to ensuring that sport is accessible and inclusive for everyone in Birmingham.

On Monday, Kat Pearson and Mark Gunton, two of Moseley Road Baths CIO’s Trustees, were delighted to be presented with a huge cheque for £2000 from Kate of LoveBrum!  This funding will pay for 6 women to be trained as lifeguards and will help to make sure that our women only sessions can be staffed by female lifeguards.

The other projects also received funding from LoveBrum thanks to the Big Lottery Fund – £1000 for Birmingham Blaze FC and £500 for JABS B8 FC.  To read more visit the LoveBrum website to read their article about their June Winners –
