Splash & Scream By _underscore

Sport England and Birmingham City Council are undertaking research to understand the participant experience of using public leisure centres and their activity habits.

Please note that this survey is completely confidential and all data is collected and processed in compliance with all data protection laws and the Market Research Society Professional Code of Conduct. Responding to these questions is entirely voluntary and the answers that you provide will be presented in aggregate form, and not be linked back to you in any way. In accordance with GDPR, please be reassured that your personal details and individual answers will remain confidential and will not be passed to any other organisation.

Some of the questions in the survey will ask for your ethnicity and health data. This sensitive information about you is considered special category data. The lawful basis for collecting any special category data is your explicit consent to do so. Special category data is personal data that needs more protection because it is sensitive. You can read our full privacy notice by clicking on this link. By clicking on the survey link you are giving us your explicit consent for us to collect this special category data about you. We will also give you the option to give us your mobile phone number to ask you further questions by text.

Please complete this survey to share your thoughts about your experiences of using Moseley Road Baths on your last visit to the centre after we reopened on 4th May. For the purposes of this research, please answer all questions exclusively in relation to this leisure centre and disregard any others you have visited. Your input will help us understand how members use this centre and improve both its facilities and services going forward.

This survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.

Thank you in advance for your participation. If you are happy to proceed and contribute to this project please click on THIS LINK.
